Various mentors have made themselves available to me through my journeys. Helping me through hard times, teaching discipline, giving me advice and assisting me in my development.
I absorbed these lessons and applied them diligently. Always honing. What can I take and how is this applicable to what I want.
After landing my dream job in the automotive industry. I realized what I accomplished my goals and in that moment it blew me away. For so long, I had been learning and acquiring the skills I needed.
Now, it’s time to give back.
Mastery is designed to walk beside you. Some require a hard approach. Others a gentle hand. Regardless of HOW you operate; we are invested in you. This means having hard conversations. Getting to know your operating system so we can best deliver the framework. There will be times when hardship is the right answer. Being okay with who you are – will give clarity to the problem. This can’t be taught overnight. It comes from doing the work.
We are not here to push you through endless tasks. A grind that has no sunset. The goal is to uncover what you’re looking to accomplish and set manageable goals to get there. Feedback is real time learning.
