Reflections – New Years Resolution – Let’s Heat Things Up

·

·

My new years resolution is expansion.

Let’s heat things up.
I’ve learned a lot of tools, developed strategies, put together routines and failed. A lot. Putting all this together – I’ve failed forward. Ending old relationships to make room for new – expanding my horizons. Going to a secondary Brazilian Jiujitsu school to apply different techniques to my training. I’ve been in a state of constant improvement. This has been something I’ve strived for and am ready to share with you.

This goal may seem vague; it contains purpose. I believe humans are potential-creating machines. My purpose is to equip you with the skills you need to bring yourself to the next level. How else will I do that; if I’m not practicing what I preach.

In 2024, I ended a relationship that no longer served me, I read 15 books, attended Jiujitsu classes nearly ever single weekend. I built new relationships through cold calling and door knocking and strengthened my personal connections. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone.. again and again. I joined a networking group. I’ve paid off debt, built savings, put long term plans into play, completely overhauled my training regiment to include morning and evening workouts five days a week. I started floor sleeping. Religiously.
I fine-tuned my morning routine.
Cold showers. Every. Single. Day

Growth isn’t just physical.

I’ve leaned into stillness. Attending hot yoga classes every Friday, being in the sauna 5 days a week and incorporating breathwork. This is how I developed anchors. Sharpening my mind. I’ve learned to sit with discomfort, embracing chaos and building gratitude. This is where my clarity comes.
This isn’t to toot my horn. This is to show you what’s possible when you’re ready to change.

Are you ready?

Let’s look at your new years resolution. What were they?  Have you been following them? If we were face to face, would your words align with the look in your eyes?

I’m accountable. I want to guide you through the process. This takes time. Most importantly, it takes honesty.

Be honest, do you want this?.
